Optimal Eyesight offers a simple method that eliminates eyestrain and positively affects your overall well-being, as well as your sight. Read this book if you're fed up with glasses, tired of contact lenses, feel your eyes are "weak," are "practically blind" without lenses, or if laser surgery scares you or cannot do anything for you. In short, you want a better solution.

    Available in paperback and audiobook.

  • I See Clearly

    by Orit Kruglanski

I see clearly is an illustrated children's book which teaches easy and fun visual games to help children use their eyes in a healthy, mindful and joyous way.

  • Up Standing: Changing our Thinking About How We Stand Up and Move

    by Kay Hagen

I have been teaching Natural Vision Work since 2003 and as a Structural Bodyworker and an Alexander Technique Teacher as well as a vision educator. I have written a book about how the vision supports the structure and how it is also necessary to realign the structure for better vision. Also, the balance in our structure comes from the retina through peripheral vision. I call the integration of these studies “The Vestibular Sensing System”.

  • Perfect Sight Without Glasses

    by Dr. William H. Bates

Go straight to the source by reading Dr. Bates’ pioneering book from 1920, which paved the way for the future of natural vision improvement as we know it.

  • The Art Of Seeing

    by Aldous Huxley

Unlike the dystopian vision described in Brave New World, or the psychedelic vision described in his The Doors of Perception, in The Art of Seeing, Aldous Huxley focuses on the actual vision of the human eye. Documenting his own profound near blindness and subsequent attempts to improve his own sight, Huxley offers a thorough instruction manual on the controversial alternative vision therapy exercises developed by W. H. Bates.

VISION TOOLS

  • Palming Stick

Because longer palming sessions can be much more effective, proper support of your arms is important. A palming support under your elbows allows for good posture and relaxed shoulders so you remain comfortable much longer.

These supports are adjustable in height and have a cushioned top for optimal comfort.

  • Eyesight Training Shields

Much of vision work leverages visual occlusion/obstruction of one or both eyes.

Clarity Eyesight Trainer works on a principle of selective vision obstruction. By eliminating various parts of the vision field, the Trainer directs stimuli to the unobstructed area of the eye and thus promotes development of a deeper connection between that part of the eye and the brain.

Access to practice techniques is included.
